Our Mission

'Girl Hangs' is a space dedicated to bringing girls together and bridging their shared experiences. As girls navigate the pressures of a media-saturated world and the lingering impacts of the pandemic, they are facing unique challenges that can make it difficult to develop a strong sense of self and purpose. Our girls need space and support more than ever and I feel deeply called to provide that for them! This space promises a sense of connectedness, empowerment, and the experience of relatability.

How Can Coaching Help?

Our girls are held in community and have space to lean into one another as we 'do life together'. Our sessions are organically structured so that what is most pressing can surface. No two groups are the same! As a coach, associate therapist, and lifelong student, I have an array of tools and strategies to offer our girls as they navigate the ins and outs of being young women.

Increased Self Awareness

Through sharing, exploration, and self reflection, a deeper understanding of one's self emerges.

Higher Self Esteem + Confidence + Self Love

Time is spent exploring our values and beliefs, challenging self-defeating thoughts, keeping tabs on our 'wins' to recognize our strengths and worth, and talking to and about ourselves lovingly.

Reduced Anxiety and Stress

Elements of mindfulness such as mini meditations, noticing breath, and "thought" catching are helpful in learning how to connect with our mental and emotional states. In addition, we often explore where anxiety comes from and how we can use it to our advantage and make it less scary.

Sense of Connectedness

Fundamentally we all crave connection and acceptance! These groups encourage honesty and openness about our experiences. Our girls will know that are valued and appreciated and have something unique and special to offer within the circle.
